H.A.F.: Imbue's Summer Event 2024

It’s that time of year again, the Summer holiday period is here. We are proud to announce we are continuing the initiative and partnership with Derby’s Holiday Activities and Food Programme (H.A.F.), and will be hosting FREE HAF events over the Summer Holiday period for those with an eligible H.A.F. Code*.

Imbue's Summer H.A.F Sessions will be hosted during this year's Summer Holiday Period, for children and young adults (ages 8 to 16) to come: play, learn and immerse themselves into the Imbue experience, with an added twist: Food!

Our Summer 2024, Imbue's Summer H.A.F. Sessions, will be hosted on the Mondays and Tuesdays & Thursdays and Fridays of our holiday period, from 10am to 2pm. 

Please see below the weeks we will be offering sessions for below:

Week 1– Monday 29th July to 2nd August 2024

Week 2– Monday 5th August to 9th August 2024

Week 3– Monday 12th August to 16th August 2024

Week 4– Monday 19th August to 23rd August 2024

What are “Imbue Experience H.A.F. Sessions”?

Using our core subjects, we have combined their best attributes to deliver fun filled sessions, suited to building confidence, increasing skills and socialising, as well as physical activities and immersive experiences. All in a relaxed; non-educational environment, while allowing the opportunity to connect to others within the community.

Hosting our Imbue Experience alongside H.A.F. (The Holiday Activities and Food Programme) we will be able to provide a healthy nutritious meal at each session**

In our Imbue Experience H.A.F. Sessions, we may cover a range of different subjects including:***

• Coding/Programming
• Design and Creativity
• Technical Maintenance and Diagnostics
• STEAM activities

As with our term-time sessions, every session will have the chance to game on our equipment, socialise as a community, play and learn together via ImEducation (Immersive Education).

Our cutting-edge technology allows students to experience a variety of unparalleled experiences, such as:

· Virtual Reality

· Sensory Adventures

· Augmented Reality

· Social Gaming

How to book? You have the opportunity to book sessions on a day-by-day basis to suit your holiday schedule, theses sessions will be hosted from 10am to 2pm each day. ****

** Free food and drinks will be provided for students attending our sessions with a valid H.A.F. Code, please note any allergens or dietary requirements in the RSVP form.

*** Imbue Experience Session subjects are not set for specific days/sessions and we cannot guarantee your child/young person to experience a specific subject.

**** Please note only one session per day can be reserved, however if you wish for your child/children to attend several days, ensure to book/mark all the days you would prefer on the RSVP form.  ***** Please note these are reservations, and do not guarantee a space on our Summer Sessions. There may be additional forms and information required.
